BIOGRAPHY
I have been writting a recording music for several years now as Something Picaso. I also play live with a cover band called The RocketDogs. Music is something that I have always done and will always do. I just hope to keep getting better at it and I think this challenge took my writing to the next level of my abilities and growth.

Too Late For Time Lapse(2008)
It was written mostly on a 12 string. It feels to me mostly like the acoustic side of Jimmy Page stuff. There is a track that has a Deep Purple rock to it and a 'from out of no where' country tune called YOU KNOW BETTER.
I Dreamed I was In Memphis(2009)
I Dreamed I Was In Memphis is a return to where I learned about music. I wanted to see if I could sit down and write a classic rock and roll/rock-a-billy album. I tried to stay true to the feel of music in that time period and I had a lot of fun creating these songs. I really hope you enjoy them.

This year I am trying something very different. When I first started to write songs in 5th or 6th grade, I did not really have many ideas of my own. I would take songs that I already knew (mostly KISS songs) and use their titles and ideas to write "my" song. I had a song called BETH and HARD LUCK WOMAN and ROCKET RIDE and many more I am sure. So the challenge this year for me is to work strictly from the song titles on the KISS album DYNASTY. I will use only their song title and attempt to write a new song. For those of you unfamilar with this KISS album, it was released in 1979 and is the one that contained I WAS MADE FOR LOVING YOU. I hope that I am able to create some interesting songs that will surprise anyone who might know the original work.
